Attenuators

A flange type attenuator is a passive device used to reduce the amplitude of a light signal without significantly changing the wave form itself and adjust optic fiber system’s performance of the light power and optic fiber calibrator. It provides accurate attenuation tolerance, lower additional loss and stable characters. Attenuator styles include SC, FC, ST, LC and MU.

• Build out attenuators contain a doped fiber that is suitable for either 1310nm or 1550nm.
